Trauma Injury (Cleburne)

Engine 185 is requesting CareFlite air to the scene of a traumatic injury accident at Adams Elementary School, 1492 Island Grove Road. Reported as a juvenile injured in a bicycle accident. CareFlite has been launched to the scene.

Pursuit/Foot Chase (Grand Prairie/Dallas)

Grand Prairie PD had a traffic stop off I20 turn into a chase that ended near Walton Walker and Bernal Drive in Dallas. Suspect wrecked out and fled on foot. One in custody. One still outstanding in the area. Grand Prairie and Dallas PDs looking for the 2nd subject. Its best to avoid the area.

*Update – 2nd subject now in custody. Officers + K9 got him!

Fire w/ Injury (McKinney)

McKinney FD is still on scene of an early morning fire at an apartment building in the 4400 block of Eldorado Parkway. According to our friends at First Response Photography​, a civilian suffered severe burn injuries and was airlifted from the scene to Parkland Hospital via PHI Med 2. Fire crews were able to save a dog inside the apartment.

Stabbing (McKinney)

McKinney PD are investigating a stabbing at the Dollar General on N. McDonald Street. McKinney EMS ground transported a stabbing victim to Medical Center of McKinney code 3 (lights/siren), critical injuries with traumatic CPR in progress. (Info: First Response Photography)

Departmental Accident (Rendon)

Rendon FD Medic 226 has been involved in a major accident at 1187 and Rendon New Hope Road while responding to a rollover accident on Bennett Lawson Road. Mutual aid has been requested to respond to the initial rollover accident. Unknown injuries.

Damage Reports/Flooding (Johnson County, Rio Vista)

Public safety across Johnson County are assessing damage caused by potentially multiple tornadoes around the Rio Vista area. Reports of a large piece of debris, possibly an awning of some sort, on Cleburne Whitney Road near the train tracks in Rio Vista proper. “Roofs missing” in Rio Vista according to Johnson County Emergency Management. Power is out all over. There are dozens of reports of high water over area roadways. Cleburne Emergency operations center has reported 8-10 inches of water over Highway 174 and CR 1112 (just south of Cleburne). Reports of vehicles abandoned in the roadway. Please do not attempt to drive through high waters. There have already been at least two water rescues in the Cleburne area.

Motorcycle Accident (Frisco)

Quint 6, Medic 2, and other Frisco units on scene of a motorcycle accident on southbound Dallas North Tollway near Cotton Gin Road. All southbound lanes closed. Medic 2 ground transporting a motorcycle rider to Medical Center of Plano, code 3 (lights/siren). Trauma alert.

Structure Fires (Parker County)

Its been a busy night for firefighters in Parker County. There have been two working 2 alarm structure fires in ESD #6 (Spring Creek FD) district since around 6 PM Friday night. The first fire was in the 500 block of Shanes Lane. Reported 4,000 sq. foot struck by lightning with fire showing thru the roof on arrival per Engine 244. The second fire was in the 4600 block of Chisholm Trail. Working fire in a mobile home with possible entrapment. There were a few firefighters who suffered exhaustion. Both fires are under control now. Good job to all crews!

Shooting (Arlington)

Arlington PD is investigating a fatal shooting secondary to a possible home burglary in the 900 block of Highcrest Drive. Home owner heard a noise inside the residence and encountered 2 individuals. 1 of those was subsequently shot and the other has been detained, per APD.

Structure Fire (McKinney)

McKinney FD and PD on scene of a structure fire with injuries in the 500 block of Rocky Springs Drive. McKinney EMS is ground transporting one patient code 3 (lights/siren) to Baylor McKinney. Reported CPR in progress at the scene. Smoke showing on arrival with possible entrapment.

Rollover Accident (Saginaw)

Saginaw FD and MedStar on scene of a reported rollover accident with possible ejections on E. Bailey Boswell Road near Wagley Robertson Road. Per MedStar, multiple people with serious to critical injuries. Two medical helicopters have been requested.

Hot Pursuit (Dallas)

Dallas Sheriffs and DPS-101 helicopter are pursuing a subject on SB I45. Just entered Ellis County. Speeds 100+ mph.

*Update – Suspect has been taken into custody on SB I45 near the 238 mile marker between Rice and Corsicana. All officers 10-4. Great job to all involved!

Major Accident (Collin Co, Anna)

Anna FD, Van Alstyne FD/EMS, Collin County EMS, Anna PD, Melissa PD, Collin County sheriffs, and DPS troopers have been working a major accident with multiple people injured on Highway 5 near Foster Crossing Road. Reported 5+ people injured. Serious injuries have been reported.

Shooting (Arlington)

Arlington PD is investigating a shooting in the 2300 block of Castle Gardens Drive. Two medics on scene. At least 1 victim will be transported to MCA. At least 1 suspect fled from the scene, possibly with a gun shot wound. APD on scene at Arlington Memorial Hospital with a possible gun shot wound victim related to this incident. Unknown if it’s the suspect. Investigation ongoing. Avoid this area.

Structure Fire (Tarrant County)

Structure Fire (Tarrant County) Engine 49, Engine 51, Chief 52, Engine 52 and other FD units on scene with a fully involved attic fire at a house in the 7400 block of Elman Lane just off Liberty School Road. Primary search of the structure is complete. Tanker 10, Tanker 12, Engine 249, Engine 49, Tanker 49, Rescue 49, Rescue 249, Engine 51, Tanker 51, Medic 252, Chief 52, and Engine 52 all assigned. (probably missed one). Chief 52 has Command, Marshal 52 has safety, and Squad 52 will be operations.

Auto Pedestrian (Frisco)

 Battalion 2, Quint 6, Medic 4 and FPD are working a major accident reportedly involving an auto pedestrian in the 2300 block of Chenault Drive. Pediatric involved. Medic 4 is ground transporting code 3 (lights/siren) to Frisco Fire Station 4 to rendezvous with CareFlite. Serious injuries reported.

Shootings (Dallas)

Dallas PD is investigating two shooting incidents. The first in the 100 block of E. Camp Wisdom Road and is reportedly an officer-involved shooting. The second scene is in the 200 block of W. Millett Drive. It is not known if these shootings are related.

Search (Arlington)

Search (Arlington) Arlington PD has closed all northbound and southbound lanes of Matlock Road between Secretary Drive and Station Drive due to an emergency investigation call. APD patrol officers and K-9 are investigating reports of at least one individual, possibly with a weapon, in the wooded area south of the convenience store at Matlock and Secretary. It is best to avoid this area.

HazMat (Haslet)


From Haslet Fire Rescue: Haslet Fire along with MedStar responded to a HazMat incident at Amazon Warehouse 700 Westport Pkwy.  Haslet Fire was notified by at 12:03 and arrived to find building evacuated.  Per Chief Mays, a chemical (Bear Repellant) was released that affected 8 patients, 7 who were treated and released on scene and 1 transported to Baylor Grapevine by MedStar with non-life threatening injuries. Louvers were opened and natural ventilation was used to air out the affected areas of the warehouse. An all clear was issued and operations returned to normal with Fire units clearing just before 1pm.

Traumatic Injury (Johnson Co, Venus)

Traumatic Injury (Johnson Co, Venus) Chief 82 is on scene of a traumatic injury with possible fatality near Cordes Drive (CR 520) and Mesquite Drive (CR 515). Helicopter was on standby, but disregarded due to possible DOS (deceased on scene). CareFlite medic 705 responding.

Mass Casualty Incident (Ft Worth)

Westbound I30 remains closed near Oakland due to an overnight mass casualty/fatality accident. According to MedStar, 17 people were injured in the accident involving at least 1 semi truck and multiple vehicles. 4 people died at the scene and 1 died at the hospital. 6 people were transported to Fort Worth and 1 person was flown to Parkland. MedStar says it responded with 10 units.

Accidents (Johnson County)

Two people were airlifted in separate Johnson County accidents this evening. The first was a motorcycle accident around 4:30pm in the 1800 block of Southwest Wilshire Blvd in Burleson near Southwest Hulen St. A motorcyclist was airlifted into Fort Worth. The second was a rollover accident in the 700 block of FM 917 just west of Joshua. At least 2 vehicles involved, one rolled. An occupant was also airlifted from this accident. Both of these accidents occurred around an hour apart.

Major Accident (Frisco/Prosper)

Prosper Engine 1, Medic 1 and Frisco Quint 6, Medic 4 on scene of a major accident, at least 2 cars involved with moderate to major damage on westbound 380 near FM 423. Medic 1 ground transporting to Medical Center of Plano code 3 (lights/siren).

Incident (Ft Worth)

Fort Worth FD and MedStar are on scene at Diamond Hill Elementary School where multiple people are being transported. Unknown type injuries. Upwards of 20 patients, per MedStar. Unknown circumstances.

*Update – “Fort Worth FD has cleared the building as safe and students are back inside. School is back in session and lunch is being served.” per a follower.

Medal of Honor Motorcade (DFW)

Tomorrow is the Medal of Honor recipients motorcade from DFW International Airport to Gainesville, TX. Drivers on north Texas highways should anticipate the escort between 3:30pm and 4:30pm. The Patriot Guard Riders, local law enforcement, and others will be escorting the recipients from DFW International Airport to Gainesville. I believe the route is Highway 114 up to I35W, so they will be going through the Mid-Cities, Roanoke, and up I35 through Denton, etc (if you have exact route, please share!). Please show your appreciation for the recipients as they travel through.

Auto Pedestrian Update (Southlake)

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner confirms the death of a juvenile involved in yesterday’s auto vs. bicycle incident in Southlake at 600 Byron Nelson Parkway. As we first posted yesterday evening around 8:20pm, Southlake Fire/EMS and SPD were dispatched to a reported vehicle vs. pedestrian/bicycle accident in the 600 block of Byron Nelson Parkway. CareFlite airlifted the victim into Fort Worth, but he was declared deceased at Harris Methodist Fort Worth.

Shooting (Lewisville)

Lewisville PD need your help tracking down 2 suspects from a deadly shooting a little earlier this evening. “The Lewisville Police Department is looking for two shooting suspects in the area of south 121 Business and Corporate Drive. Suspects are two black males in their middle twenties. One suspect is wearing pink camouflage and the second suspect is wearing a grey tanktop. One suspect possibly has gun shot wound and they are armed with a handgun.” If spotted, call 9-1-1 or the Lewisville PD at 972-219-3640. The shooting occurred earlier this evening in the 7 o’clock hour at 248 E. Southwest Parkway in Lewisville.

Motorcycle Crash (Grand Prairie)

Motorcycle Crash (Grand Prairie) Grand Prairie PD are investigating a high speed motorcycle crash at Belt Line Rd and Grand Prairie Rd. Motorcycle believed to have been fleeing police ran the red light. Major damage. Critical injuries to the motorcyclist. Grand Prairie PD spotted the motorcycle operating at a high rate of speed and had turned around to attempt to stop the motorcyclist, but he/she had already crashed at the given intersection.

Auto versus Bicycle (Southlake)

Auto versus Bicycle (Southlake) Medic 402, Engine 402, Battalion 40, Engine 401 along with Southlake PD are working an accident involving a auto versus bicycle in the 600 block Byron Nelson Parkway. Requesting Careflite to launch to the scene. Byron Nelson Parkway is shut down. A2

Auto Pedestrian (Frisco)

Battalion 1, Engine 1, Medic 1 on scene of a vehicle vs. pedestrian, reported child, at Stonebrook Pkwy and Crestline Circle. CareFlite was on standby, but Medic 1 is transporting to Children’s Dallas. Priority 2 (Serious) injuries reported.

Auto Pedestrian (Frisco)

Some folks are asking about the emergency response activity at Elevate Life Church in Frisco – a vehicle has reportedly struck at least 1 person, but the good news is that all injuries appear to be minor. Engine 3 has stated all patients are priority 3 (non-serious). There is an event at the church today.

Traumatic Injury (Frisco)

Battalion 2, Engine 3, Medic 1 on scene of a pediatric trauma injury, reported fall from a building in the 6200 block of Frisco Square Blvd. Medic 1 meeting CareFlite at Frisco fire station 4. CareFlite airlifting to Children’s Dallas.

Motorcycle Accident (Addison)

Addison PD are investigating a motorcycle accident in the 3900 block of Vitruvian Way near Spring Valley. Rider down in the roadway on arrival. CareFlite was called, but ground transport was needed.
