Water Rescues (Garland)

Garland Fire and Police responding to vehicles stuck in high water and possible water rescues near Birchwood Drive and Northwest Highway as well as N Garland Ave and Kingsbridge Drive. *DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS OR ROADWAYS THAT HAVE BEEN BARRICADED*

Shooting (Southlake)

Southlake Police are investigating a shooting outside the Jared Jewelers store in the 100 block of Central Ave near FM 1709 (Southlake Blvd). Preliminary reports indicate a male shot a female while sitting in a vehicle, according to Southlake PD. Male has been arrested and the victim went to the hospital.

House Fire (Princeton)

Princeton FD is on scene with smoke showing from a house in the 300 block of Peachtree Lane. Reported fire in the attic. Lowry Crossing FD, Branch FD, and McKinney FD providing mutual aid. Collin County EMS also on scene.

House Fire (Ft Worth)

Engine 26, Engine 36 both on scene with smoke showing from the roof of a house in the 5000 block of Indian Valley Drive. Working fire. Battalion 1, Quint 26, Engine 39, Engine 29, and Safety 1 all assigned.

House Fire (Dallas)

Battalion 7 is on scene with heavy fire showing from the attic of a one story house in the 6000 block of Gentle Knoll Lane. Working fire. Battalion 2, Engine 7, Engine 13, Engine 56, Plano Engine 5, Truck 10, Truck 20, and Rescue 20 all assigned.

Flooding (Hood County)

Public safety in Hood County is currently working multiple high water rescues across the county. Rescue boats have just been requested to Sunset Acres for water rescues. Several roadways are being closed. This storm with heavy rainfall is currently moving into Johnson County. Flooding is likely.

Rollover w/ Highway Closure (Alvarado)

Alvarado FD, multiple CareFlite ground ambulances, and Alvarado PD are on scene of a rollover accident with possible entrapment southbound I35W in front of Alvarado High School. All lanes closed. CareFlite air has been launched to the scene and will be landing on the highway. Major traffic delays- Avoid this area.

Update – Two CareFlite helicopters en route to this scene.

Update – CareFlite 6 airlifting to JPS. No major injuries noted.

Major Accident (Ellis County)

Forreston FD and Ellis County EMS Medic 161 are responding to a major accident on northbound I35E at the 394 mile marker just north of Forreston. Medic 161 has placed air medical on standby. Air Evac on standby.

Update – EMS canceled per PD on scene. Air Evac not needed. No injuries.

Major Accident (Arlington)

Arlington Quint 6, Pantego EMS, and Arlington PD are on scene of a major accident in front of the Bob Duncan Center on S. Center St, advising EMS will be ground transporting one patient to MCA. PHI Med 8 placed on standby for air transport from the hospital.

Update – Pantego EMS transporting code 3 (lights/siren) to MCA with firefighters on board to assist with patient care.

Update – PHI Med 8 airlifted to JPS.

Missing Person Search (Arlington)

The Arlington Police Department was notified around 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 28, 2016 that a woman was missing from a hotel in north Arlington. Ozella Gilbert, 75 years of age, was last seen around 6 a.m. today in the 2200 block of Brookhollow Plaza. Her family believes she is on foot and may have wandered off not knowing how to get back since they are from out of town. 

She is described as being 5’05” tall, 220 pounds, and was wearing a pink shirt and black jogging pants with a pink stripe. Ms. Gilbert may suffer from dementia.


Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact 9-1-1. There is an active search for her at this time. A recent photograph has been attached. Search One Rescue is on scene with K-9 teams. Helicopter assets were also brought out to assist us in the search.  

*Update – Missing woman Ozella Gilbert has just been found walking in a neighborhood pulling on door knobs. She’s safe now. Thx 4 keeping an eye out!- APD.

Water Rescue (Parker/Hood County)

North Hood County FD, St. 70 VFD, Spring Creek FD, Parker County Rescue 33/Boat 33 , Texas Game Wardens, Brazos River Authority personnel, DPS Troopers, and more all on scene of a possible water rescue situation on the Brazos River near Oak Trail Shores. Reported as a person in the water last seen near Horse Shoe Bend. Units from Parker County and Hood County are working this incident. Air Evac 69 is launching to the area to help with an aerial search. Victim reported to be wearing a gray t-shirt and blue jeans. Multiple water rescue boats are on the water at this time.

Rollover w/ Highway Closure (Ft Worth)

Engine 23, Engine 32, multiple FWPD officers and MedStar are all working a major accident on eastbound I30 near Chapel Creek Blvd. All eastbound lanes closed. Traffic detoured to the feeder road. Reported rollover accident. MedStar reports two patients with serious injuries, possible ejection. Avoid this area.

Structure Fire (Farmersville)

Farmersville FD is working a large structure fire in downtown Farmersville at South Main Street and McKinney Street. Lots of smoke will be visible from this fire. Farmersville PD is asking residents to avoid the downtown area. Thanks to @kennedy_balleww on Twitter for the photo:


Major Accident (Frisco)

Frisco Engine 2, Truck 2, Medic 8, Plano Engine 10, Medic 10, and DPS troopers are on scene of a major accident southbound Sam Rayburn Tollway just south of Preston Road. At least two vehicles involved, major damage, and one possibly overturned. One patient with potentially serious injuries.

Update – Frisco Medic 8 ground transporting to THR Plano, code 3 (lights/siren).

House Fire (Bedford)

House Fire (Bedford) Engine 152, Battalion 15 on scene in the 3600 block of Teal Lane reporting a moderate amount of smoke coming from a two story residence. Reported possible lightning strike at the location. Euless FD responding mutual aid. A2

Accident w/ Entrapment (Dallas)

Battalion 6, Engine 12, Engine 33, Rescue 33, Rescue 40, Rescue 50, Truck 40, USAR 33, EMS Supervisor 781, Duncanville FD, and Dallas PD are all working a major accident at Clark Road and Clarkridge Drive. CareFlite has landed at the scene.

Update – CareFlite airlifted Parkland.

Search (Haltom City)

Haltom City Police, Fort Worth Police, and possibly other agencies are on scene of a search in the area of Oakhurst Scenic Drive and Watauga Road. Fort Worth PD Air-1 is assisting ground units search for two suspects, a male (wearing a white sleeveless t-shirt) and a female (wearing a red shirt). Fort Worth PD reports to Haltom City PD they have two suspects in custody near the given location. Great job guys!

Motorcycle Accident (Ft Worth)

Engine and Quint 12 on scene with a MVA on NE 28th St at North Commerce St. Careflite was requested but cancelled by Medstar. 28th St shut down at that location.

Update – MedStar ground transporting to JPS, multiple serious trauma injuries.

Multi-Vehicle Accident (Rio Vista)

Rio Vista FD is on scene of a multiple vehicle crash with possible ejection on Highway 174 near CR 1109 just north of town. Rescue 76 reporting at least 3 vehicles involved with major damage. CareFlite reports they are responding with at least two ambulances, three helicopters, and an EMS supervisor. Multiples patients with one reported trapped and two possibly ejected. Please avoid this area.

Update – All three CareFlite helicopters are airlifting patients to JPS.

Traffic Alert (Arlington)

Battalion 1, Truck 1, Engine 1, Arlington EMS Medic 19, and Arlington PD are on scene of a possible train vs. vehicle accident. The dispatched location was near N Center St and Main St. No vehicle has been found, but the train is stopped blocking multiple roadways in the area. Units are still searching for a possible vehicle. It is best to avoid downtown Arlington.

Update from AFD: UP expects roadways to be blocked by train for at least 30 minutes. No incident found. 

House Fire (Wylie)

Wylie FD Quint 141 is on scene with smoke showing from a house near the corner of Fox Hollow Road and Squirrel Ridge. Smoke and fire showing from a large two story house. Working fire declared. Battalion 140 has command, confirming heavy smoke showing from attic.

Stabbing (Ft Worth)

Multiple FWPD east side officers are working a reported stabbing in the 1400 block of Vanderbilt East. Air-1 has been requested to the scene. Reported to have been a fight at the location as well.


Arlington PD is searching the area of I20 and FM 1382 near Grand Prairie for an armed robbery suspect from a cell phone store. Expect heavy police presence in this area.

Major Accident (Tarrant County)

Benbrook Fire/EMS and Tarrant County sheriffs are working a major crash on FM 2871/Chapin School Road just north of I20. Multiple people injured with possible entrapment. EMS units have already transported multiple patients from the scene. Reported fatality accident. (Info: James Adams)

Auto Pedestrian (Arlington)

Pantego Quint 1, Arlington EMS and APD on scene of a reported auto pedestrian accident in the 2700 block of W Division Street. Arlington EMS ground transporting to JPS with a firefighter on board to assist with patient care.

Investigation (Arlington)

Arlington FD is on scene at the Parks Mall near the Barnes and Noble store for an investigation. *Please avoid this area until further notice.* We will release more pertinent details when available.

 Update – AFD reporting there was no hazard. False alarm.

Motorcycle Accident (Haltom City)

Motorcycle Accident (Haltom City) Haltom City PD/FD along with MedStar are working a major accident involving a motorcycle and 18-wheeler on north bound Airport Freeway at Carson Street. Careflite has been requested to the scene. All north bound traffic is being forced to exit at Haltom Road. A2

Major Accident (Dallas)

Battalion 7, Truck 43 and others on scene of a major accident southbound I35E between Royal Ln and Walnut Hill Ln. Truck 43 requesting an EMS Supervisor to the scene. Dispatched as possible entrapment. Multiple lanes blocked. Expect delays in this area.

Traumatic Injury (Ellis County)

Ferris FD and CareFlite ground EMS have launched CareFlite air to the scene of a traumatic injury in the 700 block of Patrick Pike Road. Reported CPR in progress on a patient who sustained traumatic injuries from a bull. CareFlite 6 is inbound to the scene.

Swift Water Rescue (Denton)

At around 5:00am a Denton Police Officer was flagged down at Bell Place @ E. McKinney Street. He advised that a male and a female had been swept away by flooding waters in the canal. Officers located the white female yelling for help about half a mile away in the canal close to S. Ruddell Street. She was rescued by Denton Police and transported to Denton Regional Medical Center by the Denton Fire Department. The DFD swift water rescue team continued their search for the missing male. A little after 10:00am the male victim was found deceased around S. Loop 288 and Shady Oaks. The investigation is ongoing. (Information: City of Denton Police Department)

Major Accident (Dallas)

Battalion 8 is on scene of a major accident in the 2600 block of S Buckner Road near Hume Drive. Multiple power lines down as a result of this accident. USAR (Urban Search and Rescue) was responding for possible entrapment, but Battalion 8 has disregarded them. ONCOR and DPD all requested to the scene.

Accident w/Entrapment (Ft Worth)

Accident w/Entrapment (Ft Worth) Engine 32 along with MedStar are working a major accident with entrapment in the 1600 block of West Loop 820 South bound. Engine 32 has requested Squad 2 for assistance. MedStar reporting three patients, two with serious injuries. A second ambulance has been requested. A2

Major Accident (Wise County)

Rhome FD, Wise County EMS Rescue 1 and Medic 3 along with multiple law enforcement on scene of a major accident northbound 287 north of Rhome. Rescue 1 advising two vehicles involved with major damage. Dispatched as a possible fatality accident.

House Fire (Arlington)

Quint 6 and others on scene of a working fire inside a house in the 2100 block of Sexton Drive. Dispatched as a possible lightning strike. Smoke in the attic. Engine 10 and Engine 6 both on fire attack.

Structure Fire (Grapevine)

Battalion 56, Engine 2 and other GFD units are working a commercial structure fire in the 1600 block of W. Northwest Highway. Engine 2 was first on scene with visible smoke showing. Working fire inside the structure now knocked down.

Grass Fire (Arlington)

Engine 4 is on scene of a good sized grass fire along westbound I30 west of Fielder, requesting additional FD units to the scene. Fire is along the highway and moving towards a neighborhood on Twin Elms Drive. Quint 8, Engine 8, Engine 3 and Engine 1 also responding to assist. Expect some delays on WB I30.

Trauma Injury (Azle)

Engine 52, Medic 252 are working a traumatic injury/long fall in the 200 block of W Main St. CareFlite 6 has been launched to the scene and will rendezvous with Azle EMS at the THR Azle helipad.

House Fire (Plano)

Engine 10 is on scene of a working fire inside a 2 story house in the 8300 block of Monica Circle. A full structure fire response has been dispatched. Units include: Battalion 1 Battalion 2, Engine 12, Engine 4, Engine 6, Medic 10, Squad 1, Truck 4, Truck 8, and Utility 12.

Accident w/ Entrapment (North Richland Hills)

Engine 224, Medic 224 on scene of a two vehicle accident with reported entrapment at N. Tarrant Parkway and Forest Glen Drive, requesting air medical to the scene. Heavy damage to vehicles. Quint 221 responding to assist with the Landing Zone. Avoid this area.

PHI Med 10 is off the scene headed to JPS, serious injuries reported.

Auto Pedestrian (Euless)

Euless FD/EMS landed PHI Med 8 near the scene of a reported auto pedestrian accident in the 1100 block of Middlebury Lane. Reported pediatric patient run over by a vehicle. PHI landed near Hwy 10 and Hospital Parkway. PHI Med 8 airlifted to Cook Children’s Fort Worth.

Fall Patient Requesting Careflite (Watauga)

Air Medical Launch (Watauga) Quint 311 has requested an air medical helicopter to a fall patient in the city. Careflite will be landing in the Albertson’s parking lot located in the 6200 block of Rufe Snow. NRHFD Truck 225 responding to assist with the landing zone. ETA for Careflite is 7-8 minutes. A2

Structure Fire (Ft Worth) Attack 29, Engine 17 on scene in the 7600 block of Chance Blvd reporting a two story brick residence with smoke showing. Engine 17 pulling a booster. Battalion 1 has command. Engine 17 making fire attack. A2


Dallas Police Department elements are in pursuit of a suspect in the area of Malcolm X Blvd. and Twyman Ave.. Air 1 and additional elements enroute to assist.


Accident w/Ejection (Ft Worth)

Accident w/Ejection (Ft Worth) FWPD along with Engine 5, Truck 2 and MedStar are working a major accident involving an ejection on North Bound Interstate 35 at East Lancaster. This accident is reported to be from a result of a police pursuit. One patient ejected from a vehicle. A2

Burn Patient (Ft Worth)

Burn Patient (Ft Worth) Engine 12, Quint 12, Battalion 3 along with MedStar are on scene in the 2300 block of North Houston Street working an incident involving a burn patient. Careflite will be landing on scene shortly. Quint 12 is handling the landing zone. A2

Possible Drowning (Ft Worth)

Quint 13, Engine 15 are on scene of a possible drowning near Inspiration Point Park in the 2400 block of Roberts Cut Off Road. Engine 40 and Brush 40 are responding to help with gaining access to the location. Dive 32 and Dive 7 are both en route to assist with a possible victim in the water.

USAR (Dallas)

Dallas Fire Rescue and Urban Search and Rescue team on scene of a reported construction worker involved in an entrapment incident in the 2500 block of Alamo Street. Expect heavy fire department response.

Gunshot Wound (NRH)

North Richland Hills FD is landing CareFlite 6 at the Tom Thumb on Rufe Snow Drive to airlift a reported gunshot wound victim from the 6800 block of Fair Meadows Drive. Unknown circumstances.

Police Incident (Arlington)

Arlington PD and Mansfield PD are in the area near the 500 block of Flora Vista Court for an investigation. We do not have too much information, but can report heavy police presence in the given location neighborhood. Officers are on foot in the neighborhood along Crownpoint Lane. APD was called to an “investigation” around 11:30pm on Flora Vista Court. Its best to avoid this neighborhood if you do not live there. We will share more details when we learn them.
*Update – APD tells us they are looking for two suspects who ran from a stolen car. A DPS helicopter has been called to assist with the search.
