Apartment Fire (Arlington)

Engine 12, Quint 6, Truck 1, Engine 1, Engine 11 and other AFD units are on scene of an apartment fire at the Running Brook Apartments near E. Park Row and Running Brook Drive. Three ambulances are on scene. Avoid this area.

Update – Firefighters are working on a primary search of the building. Battalion 2 requesting a fourth ambulance.


Near-Drowning (Ft Worth)

CPR works, folks! MedStar is ground transporting a small child found underwater in a swimming pool near the 4700 block of Tearose Trail. CPR was administered multiple times and the child is now conscious and breathing. MedStar is ground transporting the child to Cook Children’s for further treatment.


Fatality Accident (Irving)

Irving PD is investigating a fatality accident involving a motorcycle in the 1900 block of W. Irving Blvd. Irving PD reports the crash happened around 5:30pm this evening. A motorcycle driver is deceased at the scene. A second vehicle involved in the accident contained one occupant who was transported to Parkland with serious injuries.


Grass Fire (Ft Worth)

Engine 28 is on scene of a grass fire in the area of I35W and Rendon Crowley Road, requesting additional resources to the scene for assistance. Brush 36, Brush 39, Brush 22, Engine 17, Engine 3, Battalion 1, and Burleson FD are all responding.


Construction Accident (Colleyville)

Colleyville PD is on scene of a reported construction accident in the 6300 block of Colleyville Blvd near Tinker Road. Reported to be a person struck by concrete. CareFlite was on standby, but Colleyville EMS ground transported the patient. Unknown severity of injuries.

Update – The individual involved in this incident died at Baylor Grapevine.


Structure Fire (Arlington)

Quint 6 and Engine 6 are on scene of a working fire at a business in the 2000 block of W Mayfield Road. Engine 6 reports fire visible inside a building at the Texas Stone Designs. Engine 6 pulling a line. Quint 6 reports a small fire inside, working to extinguish.

Update – Fire is out. Quint 6, Engine 6, and Engine 3 will remain on scene, all other units disregarded.


2 Alarm Fire (Dallas)

Engine 50 is on scene of a large pile of tires on fire in the area of 6000 W. Davis St. Heavy black smoke will be visible from this fire. Grand Prairie FD is also on scene. This is reported to be at the Yello Belly Drag Strip.

Update – Command requesting 2 alarms to the scene. Its best to avoid this area.


Apartment Fire (Dallas)

Battalion 8, Engine 53 and other DFR units are on scene with heavy smoke showing from a two story apartment building in the 3400 block of St. Francis Ave. Working fire has been declared. Battalion 3, Engine 19, Engine 32, Rescue 43, Truck 19, and Truck 53 are all assigned.


Major Accident (Frisco)

Frisco FD/EMS and multiple law enforcement are on scene of a reported auto pedestrian crash on westbound Sam Rayburn Tollway near Parkwood. Medic 3 is ground transporting a patient to THR Plano priority 1 with multiple major injuries.


Major Accident (Forreston)

 Forreston FD, Ellis County EMS, and multiple law enforcement are working a major accident on Highway 77 near Cherry Street. Two helicopters launched to the scene, but disregarded. Multiple ground ambulances requested. Major injuries reported.


Fatality Accident (Ft Worth)

Southbound lanes of 287 have been reopened following a fatal crash early this morning near Harmon Road. Fort Worth FD and PD units along with MedStar EMS were dispatched to the scene just before 6am for a vehicle that flipped over. One person confirmed deceased from this accident.


Rollover Accident (Grand Prairie)

Grand Prairie PD is investigating a major rollover accident on eastbound I20 near Carrier Parkway. One vehicle rolled down an embankment. Grand Prairie EMS ground transported one patient to MCA with serious, potentially critical injuries. (Information: Grand Prairie Reporter)


HazMat (Wylie)

Wylie FD is on scene of a hazardous materials leak near the 1300 block of Skyview Drive. Multiple HazMat teams have been requested to the scene. Plano’s HazMat team along with Richardson’s HazMat team are en route. Reported to be an anhydrous ammonia leak. It’s best to completely avoid this area.


Barricaded Person (Arlington)

Arlington PD responded to a barricaded person call this afternoon in the 100 block of E. Mitchell St. APD says they responded to serve a felony warrant for Aggravated Assault around 3 p.m. The suspect barricaded himself and refused to surrender. About an hour later, PD units saw smoke coming from the building and evacuated the building. It appears the suspect may have started a fire by lighting a mattress on fire. The suspect was located hiding in a closet and taken into custody without further incident. Arlington Fire Department extinguished the fire. Due to the proximity to campus, a MAV ALERT was issued, but there was no immediate danger to campus.


2 Alarm Fire (Saginaw)

Saginaw FD is on scene of a fire at Ventura Foods, 1100 block of Defiel Road, requesting a 2nd alarm response. Lake Worth FD, Eagle Mountain FD, Blue Mound FD, Azle FD, White Settlement FD all responding for mutual aid.


Stabbing (Ft Worth)

Fort Worth PD is on scene of a stabbing at an apartment building in the 8000 block of Chandra Lane. MedStar is ground transporting a patient to JPS code 3 (lights/siren) with multiple stab wounds.


Rollover Accident (Frisco)

Frisco FD/EMS and PD are working a rollover accident on Hillcrest Road near 121. FD units report one vehicle on its roof. Medic 3 is ground transporting a patient to Children’s Dallas, code 3 (lights/siren) with potentially serious injuries. Battalion 1, Engine 2, Rescue 1, and others are on scene.


Rollover Accident (Wise County)

Rhome FD, Wise County EMS, and law enforcement are on scene of a rollover accident northbound 287 at the exit ramp for Highway 114. One vehicle on its side. Major damage. Wise County Medic 3 is ground transporting to Texas Health Wise. Delays in the area.


Rollover Accident (Aledo)

Aledo FD and law enforcement are on scene of a rollover accident in the 700 block of FM 5 near Fairview Lane. Engine 34 reports one vehicle overturned off the roadway. Driver self-extricated. Lifecare Medic 22 is responding. No major injuries are reported.


Structure Fire (Wise County)

Bridgeport FD and others are on scene of a reported church on fire in downtown Chico near the corner of W. Sherman St. and N. Davis St. Heavy fire showing upon FD arrival. Units dispatched to the Living Waters Fellowship Church. Decatur FD, Lake Bridgeport FD, Alvord FD, Crafton FD, Paradise FD, and potentially others are all on scene working the fire.


Apartment Fire (Haltom City)

Haltom City FD and others are on scene with a working fire inside an apartment building in the 5100 block of Herrick Court. Fort Worth FD and others are automatic and mutual aid. Interior crews have a good knockdown on the fire, heavy smoke conditions inside.


House Fire (Ft Worth)

Engine 25 is on scene with heavy smoke showing from a one story house in the 3100 block of Ross Ave. Working fire declared. Battalion 3, Quint 12, Engine 12, Engine 19, and Engine 2 are all assigned to the fire.


Rollover Accident (Frisco)

Frisco FD, Prosper FD/EMS, and law enforcement are on scene of a major accident involving an 18 wheeler and a vehicle rollover on southbound Dallas N. Tollway just south of 380. Prosper Chief 2 reports two patients, one with potentially serious injuries. Prosper Medic 1 ground transporting to THR Plano. One vehicle is on its top. Avoid.


Search (Arlington)

Multiple Arlington PD officers with assistance from PD helicopter are looking for a subject on foot who ran from police in the area of E. Bardin Road just east of Matlock Road. A perimeter has been set up along Bardin Road and just south into the neighborhood. Police have a vehicle surrounded that crashed into a front yard of a residence on Chasemore Lane near Overton Drive. If you live in the area south of Bardin Road and east of Chasemore Lane, stay inside and expect heavy police presence.


Major Accident (Wylie)

Battalion 140, Quint 141, Quint 143, and others are working a major accident on Highway 78 near Wylie East Drive. Multiple ambulances have been requested to the scene. Major delays on Highway 78 – avoid the area.


Possible Drowning (Grapevine)

Grapevine Battalion 1, Marine 1, Dive 1, Engine 1, Engine 2, Medic 1, and Medic 5 are on scene of a possible drowning at Lake Grapevine. Dispatched as a person who possibly fell out of a boat and has not resurfaced for several minutes. Responding units are in the area of W. Kimball Ave. and Lakeridge Drive. Marine 1 is on the water. Contact has been made with the boat. Search in progress.

Update – Units have cleared the scene. It is unclear whether a recovery was made, or if they will be returning in the daylight tomorrow to resume search operations.


Major Accident (Somervell County)

Somervell County Fire/EMS, Bono VFD, Hood County (Texas) EMS, and Sheriffs units are on scene of a major accident on Highway 67 between Glen Rose and Cleburne. CareFlite has been launched to the scene. Two helicopters are en route.

Update – Both helicopters have landed at the scene. Multiple patients, two with serious to critical injuries.

Update – Requesting a third helicopter to the scene.

Update – CareFlite 3 is airlifting one patient to JPS, trauma injuries. CareFlite 6 is also airlifting a patient to JPS.

Update – CareFlite 1 is airlifting the third patient to JPS as well. There are also multiple patients being ground transported to JPS and Cook Children’s.


House Fire (Arlington)

Arlington Engine 6, Engine 12 are on scene of a working structure fire, requesting a 2 alarm response to the 1600 block of Carla Ave. Engine 6 has fire attack. Engine 12 has water supply.

Update – 2nd alarm has been canceled. Interior crews have the fire knocked down. Multiple ambulances have been requested to the scene.
Update – This was originally dispatched as an emergency “suicide attempt.” At least one person has been transported to Medical City Arlington.
Update – Multiple Arlington PD officers have been transported to the hospital from this scene, all with reported smoke inhalation.


Major Accident w/ Fire (Dallas)

Engine 42 and Rescue 74 are on scene of a major accident with multiple vehicles on fire at Irving Blvd. and Norwood Road. Requesting Dallas PD on a rush. Battalion 3, Truck 11, and Engine 43 are responding to assist. Irving Blvd. closed in all directions.


Rollover Accident (Arlington)

Engine 5, Arlington Medic 14, and Arlington PD are working a rollover accident along northbound Watson Road near Division Street. Sounds like Grand Prairie EMS is also on scene. One vehicle upside down on an embankment. Light pole knocked down. EMS is evaluating injuries. Be careful on the wet roads, folks!


House Fire (Collin County)

Fairview FD and others are working a large house fire in the 900 block of Country Trail. Heavy fire showing thru the roof of a two story house. Parker FD, McKinney FD, Allen FD, Lucas FD, and possibly others are on scene or en route to assist.


SWAT Incident (Dallas)

Dallas PD and SWAT have taken a suspect into custody from a barricaded person situation at The Village apartments in northeast Dallas. The incident took place in the Westside area of The Village complex. A man, armed with a bat and a long knife, was held up inside an apartment unit. SWAT took the suspect into custody just before 1:30pm this afternoon.


6 Alarm Fire (Dallas)

Dallas Fire-Rescue is currently on scene of a multiple alarm structure fire in the 2600 block of S Lancaster Road. Heavy smoke will be visible from this fire.

House Fire (Denton County)

Aubrey FD and Prosper FD are on scene of a working house fire in the 1900 block of Plantation Parkway. Heavy fire showing from the attic. Mutual aid from several departments including Denton FD, Frisco FD, Little Elm FD, and more. Evacuating firefighters from the house and going defensive.


Possible Water Rescue (Garland)

Engine 6 is requesting additional resources assist in locating two missing juveniles in the area of Fire Station 6, 2000 Holford Road. FD crews do not know if they are in the water. Several FD and PD units are en route to help with the search.


Swift Water Rescue (North Richland Hills)

North Richland Hills FD reports they are working an active swift water rescue situation in the 6100 block of Onyx Drive South. This is happening at a creek under Onyx Drive between Wendell Drive and Billy Faye Drive. Unknown specific details at this time. It’s best to avoid the area.

Update – Rescue complete. 


3 Alarm Fire (Garland)

Truck 1, Truck 7, Engine 9, Engine 11, Engine 8, Engine 10 and multiple other Garland FD crews are working a structure fire at Lonestar Storage in the 100 block of S. Shiloh Road. Engine 2 first on scene with smoke showing.

Update – 3 alarms requested to the fire.


Accident w/ Fire (Frisco/Plano)

Frisco FD, Plano FD, and multiple law enforcement are on scene of a major accident with reported vehicle on fire westbound 121 Tollway near Coit Road. One vehicle fully involved, possibly overturned. Possible fatality. It’s best to avoid this area.


Rescue (Dallas)

Dallas Fire-Rescue is currently conducting a trench rescue at 6524 Alpha Road, Northwood Country Club. Construction worker trapped. Several DFR units are on scene working to rescue the person, including the Urban Search and Rescue team.

Update – Rescue completed. CareFlite airlifted to Parkland. DFR reports the patient was in stable condition on the scene, and talking with rescuers.


Fatal Accident (Mesquite)

Mesquite Police are investigating an earlier major accident along northbound 635 near Cartwright. Reports of a vehicle rollover with major damage. The accident occurred around 9pm this evening but Police are still on scene to investigate and clean up.


Major Accident (Cleburne)

Cleburne FD, PD, and CareFlite ground EMS are on scene of a major accident at FM 4 and Island Grove Road. FD requested CareFlite launch to the scene, but helicopter declined due to weather. One patient with trauma injuries will be transported by ground ambulance.
