Major Accident (Arlington)

Engine 2, Engine 12, Arlington EMS and APD are on scene of a major accident at Watson and Road to Six Flags. Requesting multiple ambulances to the scene for multiple patients. Unknown severity of injuries. Engine 5 assisting. Requesting a total of five ambulances to the scene.

Update – Multiple ambulances are transporting patients from this scene to area hospitals.

Rollover Accident (Ft Worth)

Quint 24, Engine 24, Engine 7, and FWPD officers are on scene of a reported rollover accident on eastbound I30 near Cooks Lane. Quint 24 has requested CareFlite to the scene along with multiple ambulances. Multiple patients with serious to critical injuries. Dispatched as a vehicle that rolled multiple times. Battalion 4 has command.

Update – CareFlite is airlifting one patient to Cook Children’s.

Accident w/ Entrapment (Parker County)

Springtown FD, La Junta FD, Poolville FD, Lifecare EMS, and several law enforcement are on scene of a major accident on W Highway 199 at Gilliland Road just west of Springtown. Requesting launch of two CareFlite helicopters to the scene. Engine 48 reports two cars involved with major damage. Highway 199 is closed – choose another route.

Trauma Injury (Lake Cities)

Lake Cities Engine 591 has requested a medical helicopter to fly out a pediatric trauma injury. FD reports they will be landing the helicopter at Lake Dallas City Park. Medic 591 is also on scene providing care. Please avoid this area and yield for responding personnel.

Accident w/ Entrapment (Hill County)

Hill County sheriffs deputies are on scene of a major accident with entrapment on northbound I35E just north of the 35 split. One vehicle is off the roadway. One person is trapped and unconscious. Hillsboro FD and CareFlite ground EMS are also responding to the crash. Its best to take another route.

Fatality Accident (Frisco)

Last night around 10pm, Frisco FD/EMS and PD responded to a major accident in a private neighborhood, 5600 block of Southern Hills Drive. One vehicle struck a tree. The driver died at the scene. This occurred in the Stonebriar Village neighborhood.

Vehicle vs. Building (Frisco)

Quint 4, Engine 6, and other Frisco FD and PD units are on scene of a vehicle that has reportedly crashed into a building in the 9100 block of Teel Parkway. Requesting multiple ambulances and CareFlite helicopter to the scene. Multiple people injured. Some reported to be serious. Avoid this area.

Update – Requesting five ambulances to the scene and two medical helicopters. This is reported to be at a day care facility.

Structure Fire (Ft Worth)

Engine 18, Engine 30, and other FWFD units are on scene of a working fire at a commercial building 6620 Camp Bowie Blvd. FD reports lots of fire inside the structure. Laying lines. Battalion 2, Battalion 5, Quint 23, Engine 23, Quint 16, Engine 16, Engine 8 all assigned to the fire.

Aircraft Down (Cleburne)

Cleburne Police and Fire personnel along with CareFlite ground EMS are on scene of an aircraft down near Vaughn Road and Celeste Road. Requesting the Medical Examiner to the scene. Reports of a private / hang glider type aircraft crash. 

Accident w/ Entrapment (Aubrey)

Last night around 10:45pm, Aubrey FD, multiple EMS units, and several law enforcement all responded to a major crash on Highway 377 north of Aubrey High School. Extrication was required for multiple people trapped. One patient transported to Medical City Denton died at the hospital.

Departmental Accident (Ft Worth)

MedStar is on scene of a officer involved major crash at White Settlement Road and 820. EMS on scene reports two patients with serious to potentially critical injuries. CareFlite is on standby. Requesting a second ambulance. Officers possibly trapped in the vehicle. FWFD Squad 2 and other fire units responding.

Update – Extrication complete. This is possibly related to a armed person in a vehicle / road rage incident that started near I20 and Hulen Street.

Fatality Accident (Westlake)

Keller PD worked a major accident with a fatality at 2700 SH-114 w/b, in Westlake last night around 9pm. CareFlite was on standby and disregarded by medics. While finishing up the fatality accident, an intoxicated driver smashed into an unoccupied patrol unit around 1am this morning. That driver was arrested for DWI.
The initial accident was a single car collision. A vehicle was run off the road and hit the jersey barrier. Vehicle ended up in the left lane of the highway with no lights on. While motorists were assessing the damage, a pickup came up behind and tried to make an evasive maneuver, and wound up striking the driver which resulted in fatal injuries.

Shooting (Josephine)

Numerous agencies including Josephine PD, FD, Collin County EMS, and other law enforcement personnel are on scene of a reported shooting incident in Josephine. A medical helicopter has landed at the scene to airlift the victim to a trauma center. Reported to have occurred at or near the City Hall building.

Homicide (Arlington)

The Arlington Police Department responded to a shooting in the 1200 block of White Hall Road at the Rush Creek Apartments around 5 p.m. on Wednesday, September 20, 2017. Officers arrived on scene and found a man in his 40’s deceased in the parking lot from an apparent gunshot wound. Witnesses reported seeing two men arguing in the parking lot before hearing several gunshots. It’s possible the deceased man was involved in an argument.

Detectives believe the second man ran towards a white passenger car which drove away after the shooting. The identity of the deceased will be released by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office once next of kin has been notified. Search (Ft Worth)

Arlington PD and Fort Worth PD are searching for a possible kidnapping suspect in the area of Miller Ave. and 287. Suspect described as a young skinny black male, last seen wearing black shorts but no shirt. On foot in the area. APD and FWPD officers are on scene along with Air-1 helicopter. Call 9-1-1 if you see someone suspicious in the area matching this description.

Shooting (Burleson)

Burleson Police, Fire, and MedStar EMS are on scene of a shooting incident in the 800 block of Pecan Street (residential subdivision). Engine 1 and MedStar are on scene requesting a medical helicopter to the scene. AVOID this area.

Major Accident (McKinney)

McKinney Fire/EMS and Police are on scene of a vehicle vs. Denton ISD school bus at the intersection of Wisteria Way and 380. One vehicle high speed into the back of a school bus. Westbound lanes of 380 are closed. Avoid! (Information: First Response Photography)

Engine 1 is on scene with a fully involved structure fire in the 1400 block of F. Ave. Defensive fire operations. Medic 1 on scene assisting with the water source. Engine 2, Engine 3, Engine 6, Truck 1, Truck 4, Battalion 1, Battalion 2 all assigned.

House Fire (Ft Worth)

Multiple FWFD crews are on scene of a report a residential structure fire in the 1800 Block of Beacon Way. CareFlite has just landed at the scene. We have multiple reports from followers that they heard an explosion type noise a short time ago. We have not heard an update on the situation. Avoid this area.

Homicide Investigation (Arlington)

The Arlington Police Department responded to a report of someone that was stabbed in the 4600 block of S. Cooper Street at a retail location on Monday, September 11, 2017 at 9:32 p.m. When officers arrived, they located a man in his 20’s with apparent stab wounds. This man was transported to a local hospital and his condition is unknown.


Approximately 6 minutes later, officers responded to a disturbance involving a knife in the 4800 block of S. Cooper Street. Officers determined that a man stabbed a female at this location behind a retail business. The woman in her 40’s was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced deceased due to multiple apparent stab wounds.


While officers were trying to stabilize the scene, the suspect, a man in his 40’s, started causing self-inflicting wounds to his body by stabbing himself multiple times. He was transported to a local hospital and his condition is unknown.


Detectives are in the process of interviewing multiple witnesses at both scenes. Investigators believe that the victims and suspect knew each other and may have a family relationship. It is too early to determine what led up to this incident.

Major Accident (Ft Worth)

Engine 1, Engine 5, multiple MedStar ambulances, and FWPD are all on scene of a major accident involving at least one vehicle and an 18 wheeler on northbound I35W near I30. MedStar has transported multiple people from this scene, at least one with serious to critical injuries. Delays in the area = slow down!

Motorcycle Accident (Frisco)

Frisco Engine 8, Medic 8, and PD are on scene of a major accident involving a motorcycle on southbound 121 between Custer Road and Independence Parkway. Medic 8 is ground transporting a motorcycle rider, trauma alert, with major injuries. CPR in progress.

HazMat (Ft Worth)

FWFD is on scene of westbound I20 around Mansfield highway with a hazmat spill, possibly diesel fuel. Westbound 20 is closed, traffic being diverted to northbound 820. Hazmat team and TxDot sand truck en route. Avoid this area.

Grass Fire (Boyd)

Boyd FD is on scene of a grass and hay bale fire near the 100 block of County Road 4756 near County Road 4757. Structure threatened. Grass and hay bales on fire. Requesting assistance from Newark FD, Rhome FD, and Tarrant County. Smoke will be visible.

Structure Fire (Frisco)

Frisco Quint 7, Medic 7, Truck 6, Engine 6, and others are on scene of a structure fire near the 200 block of King Road. Fully involved structure fire. Reported to be a barn. Heavy smoke visible from this fire. Little Elm FD requested to the scene for a tanker.

Fatality Incident (Burleson)

Early this morning around 12:45am, Johnson County sheriffs deputies and Burleson PD responded to a possible vehicle crash on FM 917 just east of Chisholm Trail Parkway. PD units arrived on scene and found two victims, both suffering from gunshot wounds. One victim was deceased on scene. FD launched and landed CareFlite for the second victim who was flown to Harris downtown, but did not survive. Burleson PD now report this as a murder-suicide incident.

Accident w/ Entrapment (Willow Park)

Willow Park FD, Aledo FD, Lifecare EMS, and multiple law enforcement are on scene of a major accident westbound I20 near the 416 mile marker. CareFlite has been launched to the scene. Landing zone is being established at this time. Extrication is in progress, reported to be two people trapped. Major delays on both sides of I20. Take another route.

Body Recovery (Arlington)

The Arlington Police Department responded to a death investigation in the 800 block of E. Sanford Street near 400 Truman Street around 2:40 p.m. on Saturday, September 02, 2017. A citizen reported finding what is believed to be some human remains in a wooded area near a creek. Detectives have worked through the weekend and continue to track leads in this case.
Investigators have located additional remains believed to be related to the initial call on E. Sanford Street. During the execution of a search warrant, additional human remains believed to belong to a second person were also located. This discovery was made in the backyard of a house at 202 Burton Drive.
During the scope of the investigation, detectives have charged Mariano Sanchez with Murder. Mariano is also being held on a Burglary of a Habitation warrant out of Tarrant County and a Possession of a Controlled Substance charge out of Arlington.
Detectives have also identified a second suspect related to this case. An arrest warrant for Murder has been issued for Hector Acosta-Ojeda, 28-years old, approximately 5’08” tall and 190 pounds. *Hector is considered armed and extremely dangerous.* Anyone with information related to Hector’s whereabouts is asked to contact APD’s Tip Line at 817-575-8823. Investigators believe that the victims were specifically targeted in this offense and this was not a random incident. Homicide detectives have not ruled out the possibility that the killings may be drug-related.
Crime Scene personnel are still processing the Burton Drive address and may be there for several days. The department is working with the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office on the recovery of the deceased.

Structure Fire (Arlington)

Arlington FD Truck 9, Engine 9, Engine 12, Truck 1, Engine 16, Engine 3, and others are on scene of a reported structure fire at a building under construction near Collins St. and I20. All workers are out of the building. Fire reported to be inside of the wall. Part of the building is smoldering, per first FD units on scene.

Police Investigation (Ft Worth)

Fort Worth PD are investigating a reported major accident in the 10400 block of South Freeway service road near Garden Acres. This morning around 10:00am, officers responded to a major accident involving a person that was in the back of a truck and fell off. The person was declared deceased at the scene. The service road was closed for police investigation.

Police Incident (Waxahachie)

Waxahachie PD and FD are on scene of a police incident in the 200 block of Bent Creek Drive. Dispatched as a domestic situation and someone possibly stabbed. Ellis County EMS has transported a patient from the scene with serious injuries. The suspect is now barricaded. Please avoid this neighborhood while law enforcement units work the scene.
